We are in need of advanced players of Oboe, Bassoon and Percussion. Please pass this request on to any player you may know who would benefit from joining us.
The GWS Committee is resuming rehearsals subject to Government restrictions, the willingness of the School to allow us to rehearse in their Music Centre, and lastly the willingness of players comfortable in coming to rehearsals. The first rehearsal date is Wednesday 16th February 2022.
The GWS COVID Safe Plan has been updated. Everyone must show their current COVID-19 Digital Certificate. On entry to the school, everyone must register using the QR Code to connect to the Services Victoria app on their smart phone and show a GWS Committee member their approved COVID-19 digital certificate as required by the government. Instructions on how to do this has been updated on coronavirus.vic.gov.au.
New players must be registered on GWS CRM before attending and been given approval to attend rehearsals by the relevant section manager.
Returning players please keep in contact with your section manager to let them know of your availability and eligibility to play and please spread the good news.
